Features: 2 car garage, washer & dryer with Wi-Fi throughout the house and cable TV. Flat Screen TVs are provided in the living room, master and guest bedroom. The third bedroom is set-up as an office or reading area, however the sofa pulls out to a comfortable twin sleeper. The home has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and gas grill. Designed with an open concept, it has a beautiful kitchen and living room with comfortable seating along with a large dining area making this home excellent for entertaining or simply relaxing.


Guests have access to two swimming pools, Tennis Court, Fitness Room, Clubhouse and a professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access). Divot's is the on-site restaurant/bar with an excellent menu and large beverage selection. It's a quiet, relaxing home located near the end of a low traffic cul-de-sac in a gated community.


Activities: Morning coffee on the patio, swimming, walking/running, tennis, pickleball, star gazing and many other community sponsored activities. Our stay was excellent in the property everything was clean and the house was beautiful the only problem we had was coming in and out of the house they had to many mosquitoes I’m talking hundreds in the morning and thousands at night so that’s the only downside of the property but everything else was excellent
