Welcome to a very nice and quiet gated golfing community and beautiful home for a relaxing getaway. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an office space for working at home along with a murphy bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Located 10 minutes from historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes to South Padre Island beach, this home is a great home base for vacationers visiting South Padre Island area.
Some extra amenities are a ping pong table for guests to enjoy and bumper pool table/poker table room. A screen porch for relaxing and birdwatching . Guests will also get to enjoy community pool, tennis courts and easy access to golf course.

We’ve stayed in several rentals in the Port Isabel area over the years. This was the best one so far! Very clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice & quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

Short Vacation

This home was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. One of the restrooms was handicap accessible, this was very nice. We had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place.

Really great location for a variety of needs!

We stayed at this property as a group of outdoorsmen. It was the perfect location to get good rest, spread out, and cook great meals. Very convenient to the water without being in traffic.

My friends and I go on a yearly trip to the area. We typically stay on SPI, but the proximity of this property to the event we attend is amazing. The neighborhood is gated and secure. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was really pleased with the arrangements. Divots Bar and Grill is a hidden gem.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner. We use VRBO homes once a month and I have to say that this has been the one perfect home yet. Definitely will recommend and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Ralph was very responsive. The house was more than large enough for us, and located in an ideal place to access all the places we wanted to go. One of us is a birder and we saw some good birds in spite of being late for migration. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Summary Of Stay in Laguna Vista

The house was in wonderful condition, with all of the amenities we needed. It is located in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. There was a lot more room to accommodate more guests than just the two of us. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place close to the beach or just to play a round of golf.

Perfect location and great host

Ralph was such an amazing host. Communication was wonderful. Whenever we had needs he was so quick to reply and help with those needs right away! I would recommend and book with him again. Great, large home with so many amenities!
