Dirty terrace, no bedlamps in the lampholders, NO Airco functioning, Rug dirty, Door refrigerator broken, TV hanging crooked, 7 nights and despite of several complaints only TWO (2) times cleaning and towels. No toiletpaper. We had to find other open rooms to replenish it etc.etc....
