"The property is dated and isn’t very clean. The staff was helpful upon our arrival and allowed us to change rooms because the toilet placement caused your knees to go into a wall. The showers are extremely tiny or no pressure at all. Location is the only good thing. It was just me and my boyfriend, but I wouldn’t take my kids to stay there. Just don’t feel safe/secure enough. "

"We liked the location, close to many restaurants. Close to space needle. Easy access to bus service for things a little further away. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again on a return to Seattle."

"Staff was excellent, asked what floor we’d like to stay, room spacious, airport shuttle drivers were engaging and helpful. Our only concern was the breakfast eggs were watery. It would be helpful to have a couple of gluten free bread options (e.g. muffins or bread for toast or Cheerios). "

"I recently stayed at Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA for four nights, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. On the first night, we could not sleep because the heater would not turn off. The temperature control did not work at all. We called the front desk, and an engineer came, but he said he could not fix it and suggested that if it was too hot, we should open the window. That was not an acceptable solution. After complaining again, we were finally moved to another room. In the second room, the AC control worked, but the unit was extremely loud. In addition, the refrigerator made constant, loud noise. Altogether, it was very difficult to rest. This is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, while changing rooms, one of my sweater shirts went missing. I reported it immediately to the front desk. They said housekeeping did not see it. I also spoke to the manager, but he said he could not help. I lost a personal item worth about $50, and there was no resolution. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. It would have been better to stay at a simple motel than here."
