“Renee was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen cabinets are pretty old, need cleaning inside and out, and better organization of items. The bed was suoer comfy and so nice to have a fireplace inside. The deck with campfire pit was a plus and the views were outstanding. Overall a wonderful, peaceful stay.”

“Visited family locally for Christmas. Pros: we enjoyed the location, fireplace and comfortable beds. Toys for the littles was nice. Cons: lots of deferred maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Back deck blinds missing (limited privacy) and multiple blinds throughout the property were damaged/missing. Clean towels had hair on them and floors were dirty. No bath soap or body wash. Limited toilet paper. Dryer took several cycles to dry. Dishes in cupboards were dirty and non stick surfaces……

“Listing is completely accurate. Not walkable to the town but that was what I was looking for. Great little studio, has everything you need and nothing you don't. Clean, good furnishing, and a comfy bed.”

“This was a cozy-feeling place! My two boys and I stayed here while our floors were worked on. As soon as we walked it, you could smell the "clean!" It was very nice, and also required some open windows for a bit. :) I absolutely loved that it has food in cupboard; it makes the home feel "normal." It also has shampoo and conditioner in the main bathroom. Love the Swiss Miss, oatmeal, and spiced apple cider packets. Cupboards have flour, salt, sugar, Saran wrap, tens of seasonings. Love the kids……
