Our family had a great stay here with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space. Its located on a side street so traffic is quiet. Ther are bars/restaurants close by that play music but never bothered us inside. The backyard is totally enclosed making it private. Loved having the grill and fire pit. Would have been nice to have grill utensils and some beach items but we had a great stay without. That being said our only issue was late night check in. We could not access property and no one could be reached after hours. Things got corrected the next day and all went well from that point on. I would recommend putting verticals on sliding glass door for privacy and also on the window pane near front door. The compressor for the AC is very loud outside. Sounds like someone is slamming the gate door when it kicks on. Also in the bdrm that has 2 beds, the filter makes noise every time it goes on which is disturbing when sleeping. Invest in a k cup coffee maker too!!
