Although there is not a stove nor oven, there is a microwave, an electric single- burner hot plate, a toaster, and a griddle along with all the utensils and cookware needed. “The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. We loved cooking in the kitchen and were pleased with the pots, pans, silverware, and other items provided. Having laundry in-unit made our stay so much easier.
