Amazing property and even better host. Mike went out of his way to help make our stay incredible! Mike called us a few days before the trip to give us boating suggestions, great food locations, beaches, must-see towns, etc. He also went above and beyond to help me with a boat storage issue prior to our stay which resulted in us being able to bring and use our boat during the trip! The house was in an amazing location, and was without doubt the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible sunsets from the roof balcony, 10 minute boat ride to gulf, beautiful pool, gated community, the list goes on and on. He checked in several times to make sure everything with the house was satisfactory and was always available for questions. The house was well equipped with kitchen necessities. The pool was nice. My favorite was the dock area and fire pit. My son spent most of the trip fishing of the docks catching fish. The house was spacious, and the roof top deck was amazing! It was a great to eat dinner up there. Great experience!!! Let me start by saying the home owner was amazing. He checked in with me after I booked online and made sure our stay was awesome. Thank you Mike. Ok not enough space to say how awesome our trip was. The view from the top doesn’t come close to the pictures. You cannot capture that view without seeing it. Incredible!!!! Each night we especially enjoyed playing pool. The house itself has plenty of space to get away from others and relax. Balcony’s were very nice. Pool was perfect and they had lights that changed colors for a perfect ambiance atmosphere. I rented a boat from Windsong boat rentals that is right there at the start of the neighborhood and you can rent multiple days and keep it right there at the house!! Plenty of dock space and fishing area as well as a bait station to clean the fish!!
