Main bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity, the second shower and toilet are in the laundry area, the laundry also has a washing machine and dryer. There is an enclosed screen room that has been transformed into the large dining area, there is also a backup full size family fridge in this area as well. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV + DVD and the bonus of having W-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, complete cooking facilities, there is also an under-cover area that can be used as a carport or outdoor dining with gas BBQ facilities. The property provides loads of room for boat parking and up to three vehicles and a large back yard, there is also an animal enclosure with a dog kennel for pets. Please note there are locked play areas in the backyard that are not accessible to guests, please do not climb the fence to enter this area.
