One of a kind hotel with amazing lobby, restaurant, and breakfast area. There's nothing cookie-cutter about the common areas, which are decorated wall to wall with antiques. Although the bar and restaurant were popular, our room was quiet.
We stayed here for 2 nights. While the staff was pleasant, they weren't as welcoming as others we have stayed with in Milan. No map of area, no WIFI info, Breakfast times, etc. The room was fine...a little small...but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the enclosed shower (no tub)...large and I didn't ...
Great location, 15min walk to Doumo, plenty of restaurants nearby. The lady who meets and greats you is lovely and will you give you lots of info. The room is decent size, clean. Breakfast is very basic, on a tray, but ok. The walls are very thin, you can hear people's conversation in the next room. ...
The hotel is under construction but anyway it was very nice because the gentlemen that work there made the different. Gioacuivo, Gianni Ahmed and Areks are very nice....they are very kind...I loved them...they want to help us all the time.
Loved the location and the authentic vibe of this apartment, it is very cool and in a great neighborhood. The Heart of Milan team is great and made it easy to check in and find the apartment and parking for our car.
Incredible! The best hotel among the 3 others for my Italy trip, Rome, Florence, Venice & Milan. It located in Navigli area very close to the center of Milan, 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. The hotel was outstanding, modern and clean. The breakfast was amazing!! 5 stars all around!!
This was a spacious apartment. Clean. Modern. Quiet. Had a kitchen, with a basic set of cooking and serving implements. Had a washing machine, which we appreciated after several weeks of travel. Was in a good location (1/2 block) from a tram stop. If you knew how to do it, that tram connects to a ...
Great position near the canals and restaurants. Luigi was a delight and so helpful. Breakfast was in a small cafe next door so we had the whole Utalian experience. Great coffee and warm croissants with the locals and their dogs. Milan was a surprise. Loved it.
