“Lovely house, beware of the low beams and lack of ease to locate by car (it’s not really possible to park a car of medium size in the street so you need to walk 5 mins). But the house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Quaint but modern. We could have stayed a week!”

“Remote location. Place advertises a scenic pool which is currently empty with mattresses placed in it. Overall rundown conditions. Waterfall on site with trail to it was amazing.”

“Pros: Sitio excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en la casa del jacuzzi y no tuvimos queja. La cocina tiene de todo (tostador, exprimidor manual, batidora, sartenes, ollas, paños de cocina, fairy..). El acceso al pueblo es una pendiente bastante empinada, y el aparcamiento compartido con la otra casa para dos coches un poco justo, pero igual se puede aparcar un poco más arriba. Regina fue muy amable y nos proporcionó información sobre qué ver en los alrededores.”

“This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. It’s fairly basic accommodation, which I don’t mind, but we……
