💳 Deposit: EUR 400, paid upon arrival by physical credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. Refund within 3 days after check-out, following inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



🧾 Portimão Tourist Tax



April to October: EUR 2 per person/night.



November to March: EUR 1 per person/night.



Payment in cash at check-in. Applicable to guests aged 13 or over, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.



⚡ Included consumables: Water, electricity and gas (if applicable), within the limits of responsible use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit.



For stays of 30 days, the 1-bedroom apartment includes 130 kWh of electricity and 6 m³ of water. Excess consumables must be paid in cash to NURIS2U on the eve of departure. If not settled, they may be deducted from the deposit.



💳 Payment: You must use a physical credit card. Virtual cards, MB WAY, Apple Pay or equivalents are not accepted. Transaction confirmation in your banking app may be required.
