Property comprises: bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed (for 2 people), air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays. A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc (beach area). The apartment has 1 parking space in the garage. \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
