Property composed of: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 suite), a room with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, equipped kitchen, dining and living room, air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), 2 bathrooms, MEO TV, ultra-fast FIBRE Internet (500 MB), WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. NOTE: IT HAS A PARKING SPACE IN THE BASEMENT, ENTRANCE TO THE GARAGE WITH ELEVATOR, WITH THE MAXIMUM VEHICLE DIMENSIONS BEING AS FOLLOWS: WIDTH - 1.8 M AND LENGTH - 4.1 METRES. At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
