Magnolia with Pool, Jacuzzi, Garden, and Games

Set on a 6,500 m² estate in Parque Algarvio within a National Ecological Reserve, this property offers total privacy, tranquility, comfort, and modern amenities. Enjoy a large 12x6 m Roman-style pool with spacious leisure and games areas. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. There’s also an outdoor jacuzzi at 38°C, nestled in nature, available for an additional daily fee, with schedule and conditions to be arranged with the owner.



Leisure options include a giant garden chess set and a red wine cooler to savor Portuguese wines. The property is excellent for children. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, washing machine, dryer, two no-frost refrigerators, espresso machine, microwave, juicer, kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, and stove.



The house features free unlimited fiber Wi-Fi, a 64" LG 4K Smart TV, two Bluetooth sound systems, a TV upstairs for PlayStation PS4 gaming, and international SportTV. Outside, you’ll find an orchard, vineyard, and organic vegetable garden.



There are 7 spacious suites (5 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs), all with air conditioning, light rustic style, and an intimate atmosphere, plus three lounges. Extra beds are available, making some rooms triple. The house is ideal for groups of up to 20 people.



Regular services take place at set times: pool maintenance Tuesdays and Saturdays at 8:00 am (30 minutes) and gardeners on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The house is provided with bath towels and bed linens on arrival. Beach and pool towels are not supplied. Guests are responsible for waste disposal.
