AL 1957 1-bedr. apartment in gated community with swimming pool.

  • One bedroom apartment with two single beds, if you wish can be made into a double bed. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with bath etc. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machines and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe in the corridor where there is also a safe. The living room is spacious, with a dining table. One sofá bem for two. The living room has three glass doors open to a balcony facing lawn. The perfect place for dinner later in the day. The apartment also has air conditioning, TV . The apartment on the ground floor, with lawn, in a quiet area. Away from the pool. During the stay you can enjoy the swimming pool, with areas dedicated to children. Or a walk to the beach without having use the car. 10 minutes walk and in the water! The river is a must, lovely boardwalk.

Apartment was wll equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Location was very good easy walk to restaurants and bars. Communication was excellent with the hosts. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for when eating in. Would recommend this property to people for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment, decor maybe a little dated however all appliances are new and the layout of the apartment is good. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is powerful. I had no need to contact host during my stay. There is a very detailed information book about every appliance including TV channel listings. Location is excellent short walk to both village and beach.I will definitely be booking this apartment again.

A great trip to Alvor, made all the better by being able to stay in Vila da Praia. A lovely quiet apartment in a lovely ‘development’ (Vila da Praia). Great swimming pool, pleasant pool attendant, great holiday all round 👍.

Great Location!!

Lovely spacious apartment in the center of Alvor, easy walk to both the beach, bars, and restaurant's etc.Great communication from Sarah,answered our messages promptly and was extremely helpful.The apartment is situated in a complex with a lovely outdoor swimming pool, the grounds are all well maintained.The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Hosts were very accommodating with regards to accessing a baby walker and high chair for our 8 month old.Have stayed here a few times and love it.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Alvor. L'appartement est grand, frais, très propre et le wifi fonctionne très bien. La piscine de la résidence est superbe et le logement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Toutes les commodités nécessaires sont accessibles à pieds, c'est top !

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was excellent! Hosts were very nice. The unit was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Being a corner unit, there was lots of natural light in the living room and dining area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Estadia maravilhosa! Apartamento muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé da praia e do centro de Alvor. Condomínio bem cuidado, calmo e com uma ótima piscina. Nice Stay

We enjoyed our one week stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. Short walk to beaches, sports complex and town center with restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. Grace was very pleasant to deal with.

Birthday celebration

A lovely apartment for a weeks holiday to celebrate a special birthday. Location very central to the village and beach. No need for a car if you only want to stay in Alvor. Occasionally there weren't sufficient sunbeds around the pool but plenty of sun on the grass around the terrace of the apartment.

Great stay

The apartment is modern,spacious and spotless clean and has everything you need and more. It is also in the best complex in Alvor Vila da Praia with its beautiful gardens and huge pool. The hosts are lovely people so helpful and easy to deal with. We can't wait to stay again. Thanks for having us. Eugene.
