The Grand Hotel is a delightful place to stay located right in the middle of town and in walking distance to shops and good restaurants. The hotel staff were Pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. My room was on the third floor and was small but cozy - and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable lighting was good and the bathroom was spacious. The continental breakfast was excellent. And there is free parking, which is so nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again or I to visit Kennebunkport in the future.

The staff at the Grand Hotel was very warm and welcoming! The lobby was decorated tastefully and there was a display of lovely artwork from local artists. We had the cozy King room which had a very nice, updated, modern bathroom with a toasty heated floor which was such a treat. The hotel was clean and included free parking and a continental breakfast and we felt very safe as you had to use your key to enter the building and the elevator. The location was the best as we walked out the door and were right in the heart of the town of Kennebunk! It was so much fun to explore all the little shops, restaurants, art galleries and enjoy the breathtaking Fall foliage. (Bring your comfy sneakers as we walked five miles per day). I rated it a four out of five because the carpet was old and worn and they had burlap wallpaper which looked outdated. Otherwise, it’s the perfect place to stay while visiting the charming, quaint town of Kennebunk, Maine. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The rooms need to be updated. The lighting is very poor in the bathroom. No outside space to sit. Continental breakfast had very limited choices. The location was very good to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall considering the price of the hotel, I would not recommend it.

The Grand Hotel is truly a great grand & the location is in the heart of town. They have parking available which is a huge plus. Shopping & restaurants are all within walking distance or you can sign out their complimentary bikes to tour the area. Our room was excellent with the balcony & heated bathroom floor amazing!

Everything was perfect for our one night stay. Staff was helpful, the room was very clean. Just be aware this inn is on the main street and is quite noisy early in the morning. Otherwise perfect!

Room was very nice. Not very big but they made great use of the space. Very “homey” and comfortable. Staff was always helpful but front desk hours only go until 400 pm. Location is great, walking distance to many places. Parking is an issue when they are sold out.
