Beachfront condo with a huge private balcony and amazing ocean views. Sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen, well furnished and very clean. Queen bed in the Bedroom. 1 queen futon and 1 full size futon are in the living room. Wi-Fi, Cable, Air Conditioned, Elevator, Dishwasher, Microwave. Centrally located in the downtown OOB, just minutes walk to the Amusement park, shops, the Pier and the restaurants. 1 Parking Space. Just park and walk to everything. Live bands play at the famous Brunswick Bar on 1st floor of the building Friday and Saturday nights even off season. If you enjoy music, it is a great gataway in any weather. Perfect for people who enjoy the 7 mile sandy beach. We get booked quickly so don't wait.

Just what we hoped for.
Our stay was just right. Pleasant condo. Sigh, the sunrise! Convenient and complete kitchen yet also restaurant on first floor. Just right!

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful and right on the beach as promised. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. I don’t recall the directions saying to hit the star after the combination so we had several unsuccessful attempts until I tried the pound key and then the star which finally got us in. For some reason we really struggled with the key box on the door but did finally open that too. I did call the owner once for a quick question but did not get a return call. All in all an excellent place to stay.
