“We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. “There are 2 properties, a motel and a hotel. This is NOT clear when you are making a reservation thru Expedia. The motel is older. The beds are super low. The shower is small. You have to drive to the hotel to eat breakfast and check in/out. The breakfast was good with hot items. The pool was closed which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Very disappointing.”
