Room did not have working central air-conditioning, they had a portable air conditioner but did not inform me about it. Door to the balcony was not lockable. Did not inform me it either. Bed we in a terrible shape, not stable and sqeeking. Location was very convenient. Overall not satisfactory stay.

This small hotel is in the perfect location for walking to all the local points of interest, restaurants, and shops. Our room was spacious, spotless, and I really appreciated the smooth tiled floors over any grungy carpeting (more hotels should do this). Loved the character of the brick walls and paned windows as well. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the sleek Murphy bed that doubles as a cushioned bench when closed is efficient and perfect for kids. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location to walk thru historic old Quebec City. Quiet neighborhood street, next time wouldn’t bring a car. A car isn’t needed there, just end up parking in the ramp the whole time. Staff checked in daily for any questions we might have . No elevator so must use the stairs. Nice historic room very comfortable bed with modern bathroom and shower. They couldn’t be more courteous even though we never met. Local police opened the street so we could drive to the building, they limit thru traffic for tourist season, but were very accommodating just had to ask for directions and a little help . Cudos to the police lady on duty, always felt safe as police were present, lively street musicians the place was humming.

Great property, clean, friendly staff. Pretty good location. Loved the rooftop terrace.
