Staff is great as usual, very nice and outgoing rooms were great amenities generally amazing but too many fireplaces weren't working and usually the restaurant was amazing but the Valentine's supper was mediocre at best, loved our stay however, just constructive criticism!

Room was beautiful, views of old Quebec were stunning. Pool is a bit small. We didn't receive the free beverages as per our reservation. Otherwise our stay was nice.

We have stayed there multiple times and had an amazing experience everytime, in fact we brag about this hotel to our family and friends that we prefer it over the fairmont. That being said we booked a standard room which we normally book a suite but from the time we got there we seemed to be brushed off, the room was clean but the bed was horrible and the pillows were very hard. Then we tried to go for dinner and we got glanced at and smirked and said we were full which was obviously not the case. Probably because we were wearing our carhart sweaters for travel. The gym and facilities were as normal and great but overall this was a negative experience which is not the norm for this hotel
