Apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Parking in a nearby structure is convenient, but expensive and street parking is near impossible to get. The apartment is well insulated, but you do hear some bass from the nightclub on the ground floor well into the early morning hours....ear plugs worked for me. The property was very cute and clean. My only issue was the bars were very loud up until 5am. Our room was also very hot and we could not open our window due to the noise and cigarette smoke. I asked about the air conditioning and was told the whole building was under one control.
