Great place for a holiday in Porto

The location is excellent - close to two subway stations, and walkable to many places of interest. It’s a very comfortable apartment, with a friendly and helpful host, and excellent value for money.

deve melhorar

Alguns problemas precisam ser melhorados. O chuveiro não estava funcionando. A água aquecia apenas por 2 minutos e depois ficava gelada. Horrível para tomar banho no inverno. O responsável foi avisado. Veio consertar, mas o aquecimento do chuveiro continuou igual. Além disso, O sistema de aquecimento estava com problema e começou a fazer barulho durante a noite incomodando demais. Novamente tive q entrar em ctto com o responsável de madrugada pra resolver a questão. Nas regras do site Hotéis.com eu só deveria avisar o horário de chegada caso eu chegasse após 00:00, o q não aconteceu. Eu cheguei as 19:00 e não tinha ninguém para me receber. Como, felizmente, eu tinha internet e, principalmente, um número de telefone em Portugal para fazer ligação, eu entrei em ctto com o proprietário para Que fosse enviado o código de acesso ao apto, mas se não tivesse um número de telefone para entrar em contato com o proprietário eu ficaria na rua sozinha! Ele nem estava na cidade do Porto para me receber e tb não deixou outra pessoa responsável. O dia do check in pra mim é imprescindível ser recebida pelo dono! Achei descaso.

Un 10 en todo, magnífico

Pues primero hablar del encargado de los apartamentos: Luis. Muy amable, nos ha orientado en todo. Llegamos y aunque había un atasco de narices, pudimos entrar nada más aparcar enfrente del apartamento. Una vez llegó Luis, nos contó qué ver, donde comprar, qué cosas eran interesantes por la zona,... en fin, un recibimiento estupendo. La entrada es mediante código numérico, con lo cual no tienes que andar con llaves para arriba y para abajo (además tiene un sistema por el cual es imposible olvidarse del código, y que no haya que hacer esfuerzo para memorizarlo). El apartamento impecable, muy limpio y ordenado, como en las fotos, hemos estado como en casa. Las fotos que hay en el anuncio: pues igual, o muy parecido, ya que son varios apartamentos. El nuestro estaba configurado en dos plantas: abajo cocina-comedor-sala de estar, arriba: dos habitaciones y dos baños. Está muy cerca del centro (7 minutos del ayuntamiento), y hay todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores. En fin: un 10 en todo.

An idyllic Portuguese city

We had a nice time in Porto. Luiz’ apartment is spacious and comfortable. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, other shopping and public transit but is also only a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of downtown Porto.

Très positif! À 5 minutes à pied du métro trindade donc accès facile à partir de l’aéroport ( tarif: moins de 5 euros pour 2 adultes). Nous avons tout fait à pied pour les petites et grandes balades. Si vous préférez les transports un tour “sightseeing” Peut répondre à vos attentes, nous avons pris celui qui va au bout du port et aussi au pont Luis 1 avec croisière de 1 hre sur 2 jours. Luis saura vous guider comme il l’a si bien fait pour nous. La propreté est irréprochable dans l’appart...très satisfaits. Marie-France Quebec, Canada

Von der Ferienwohnung Altstadt von Porto gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Metro und Bus in der Nähe, um zum Strand zu kommen. Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnküche. Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Kein Aussenbereich. Insgesamt aber für eine Woche ok.

Beautiful apartment, Luis was very welcoming and spent some time giving us a great overview ofPorto, with restaurant recommendations, boat tours, best bakery (around the corner), parking and laundromat. That’s actually the only missing thing about the apartment, no laundry machine and dryer

Appartement bien aménagé, bien entretenu, confortable et bien situé. By far the best appartment (out of 5) that we rented during our trip. Modern interior, great bathrooms, everything was just perfect. Metro station just 2 blocks away. Arriving for the first time at the appartment, the neighbor hood is a bit surprising especially with some abandoned building. But don’t be discouraged, the place is safe.

Nicely renovated, apartment style living, conveniently located. Very clean. Our only complaint was the main bathroom, which had a broken toilet. Otherwise, a great stay, and the owners were super hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. They provided very useful local information on places to see and recommended restaurants to eat at. The tips were hugely helpful.

The room was fantastic, more of an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The appartments are very clean, very well equipped and really nice to stay in. Location is great, right in the middle of Porto and near lots of things. It's also very quiet so no issues with noise. Luis, the owner, is fantastic. He sent us helpful details about Porto, arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and even gave us a map and highlighted all the things worth seeing in Porto. Luis really helped us before and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!
