Ideal apartment for families or groups of friends. It is also used by companies that house their employees in our apartment when they come to Porto for work meetings or congresses .Apartment with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry and two balconies facing the main street. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size double bed, a large wardrobe, and a balcony facing the main street. The other room has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (King size) if our guests inform us of their wishes. It has an open closet and stylized crossbars to put the clothes on. The living room has a sofa, also has a balcony facing the main street and is also equipped with an LCD. The whole apartment has free wi-fi. The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, where they can calmly and quietly make their meals at home. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, Delta Q coffee machine, kettle, toaster, magic wand and all the basic utensils needed to cook light meals. The toilet has shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and a closet for our guests to store their hygiene products. The apartment features a laundry room with washing machine and a cylinder that provides hot water for the baths. Clothes can be dried on the clotheslines that are on the balconies, such as locals do. The apartment was decorated by the designer Paulo Ramunni who had the concern to decorate it with functional, practical, resistant furniture and with a beautiful design. Our guests will for sure enjoy living in this neighbourhood during their stay and mingling with locals. We want that in addition to feeling good and at home take good memories and excellent experiences and experiences of this trip to Porto. Our motto is: "Those who pass by us, do not go alone, do not leave us alone. They leave a little of themselves, they take a little of us" - Antoine de Saint Exupéry. Our guests can count on our support, our accompaniment, with our tips if they so wish. The apartment is situated on a 2 floor without a lift. It has heating and does not have air conditioning because it does not need, it is a very comfortable apartment in summer, and it is necessary to turn on the heating in winter. Close to all the monuments and interesting restaurants, 500 meters from São Bento Station and 300 meters from Ribeira do Porto, with all the transport at your disposal (train, metro, buses, taxis). Inserted in the local logic will allow a unique experience in the beautiful city of Porto. This unit was priced only 20 less than a 5 star hotel we were able to transfer to which includes a suite, beach access, elevator, A/C, breakfast included, 2 pools, etc. We recommend due diligence before booking this highly overpriced and overrated apartment. We had to vehemently complain to get released early from this booking. Owner finally gave us a partial refund but it was a huge disappointment all around. Owner even wanted more tax paid at the end than was advertised on her website- a complete misrepresentation. If you book this place, good luck trying to use Uber. There was a small grocery within a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and having access to laundry was wonderful. The listing does state there is a hot tub, but there is not one on site.Ani made check in easy with the key available in a lock box and communication was great. Loved staying at Porto Insight apartment, the location was very new Sao Bento metro and bus stations with lots of restaurants nearby. Also close to the Cathedral which is a must see. The apartment was very clean and modern and is one of my favorite apartments I have stayed in while travelling. Not only was the place nice, but the location was absolutely perfect. There's a wine bar and amazing restaurant right across the street and all of the major sites and attractions are within walking distance. In addition to the wine bar which is directly outside the front door, we enjoyed the restaurant, Orpheu, which is a stone’s throw away on the same street. You can time your visit by checking the queue from the flat’s excellent balcony. You’ll have to walk a whole additional minute to get to Castro for some outstanding pastel de nata. Ani’s communication and tips were excellent and gratefully received. There was a double bed and 2 single beds which was perfect. The host left us welcoming port and pastries which was a nice touch. As well as wine we could purchase for 10 per bottle. The location of the apartment was perfect - a short walk from Sao Bento station and all the rest of the old city. She met us at the apartment and explained every detail of the apartment and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see during our stay. She stayed in contact with us during the week to assure all was going well on our trip. The apartment was also perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was great.
