With elevator access and a shared terrace, this home offers all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The Space: This bright and thoughtfully decorated two-bedroom apartment is part of a newly built residence, offering modern finishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The living area combines a comfortable soofá and a Smart TV for cosy evenings, while the dining space and fully equipped kitchen make cooking at home a pleasure. Both bedrooms feature a plush double bed and generous storage, and the contemporary bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The building includes a small shared terrace for fresh-air moments. We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available - Reservations are required), you may do so by making this extra payment. Note: The pool is only available from April 1st to September 30th. Guest Access: All house space and amenities are included in this booking. Feel completely at home. The Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful area of Porto, the apartment offers a quiet retreat while still being close to the city’s vibrant centre. You’ll find charming cafés, traditional restaurants, and local shops just a short walk away, with public transport connections nearby to reach the historic downtown, Ribeira, and other key attractions.
