"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Please read well the fine prints for the AC use so there are no unexpected questions. Highly recommended for families. Would come back again"

"We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"This villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. There's a hotel opposite for breakfast or ice creams when you feel like it. The nearest beach is walking distance but we found it worthwhile getting a car to explore the area. "The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."
