“This hotel is rated far too highly! The service at the front desk was terrible. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. “Our stay at Oscar Hotel Executive felt like everything but executive level. To start off, the staff was not helpful, I could say two out of 10 staff members had a good attitude and were willing to help. Every time we had to report an issue - something that would happen very often -, we were met with attitude by most staff members. Our room cards would often deactivate, something that at times would require us to head downstairs twice in a row to get that fixed. The hotel AC did not work properly……

“O hotel é limpo e o ar condicionado funciona bem , porém o café da manhã achei o espaço pequeno , cheguei para tomar café e não tinha lugar para sentar , e qd consegui a mesa estava suja com a louça da pessoa q estava na mesa antes de mim, e não apareceu nenhum funcionário para recolher, outro ponto que me chamou atenção foi o pagamento para usar a piscina , o que acredito que isso já tinha q estar na diária”
