“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”

“The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!”

“We have been visiting Kerville every year for about 10 years, and this stay was the best. The house was excellent for our family and all of us enjoyed every second of our stay. Besides the house itself, the location and the neighborhood, the property manager walked us through all the way and made us to feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!!!!! ”

“This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on……

“Our trip: We were a group of adults visiting some local friends. We spent most of our time outdoors then cooked meals and relaxed at the house. This house is in an ideal location. Walkable to the river and food and shopping in Kernville. Very friendly host who checked in before we arrived to make sure we had all the information we needed.The house feels comfortable and lived in. “This is a wonderful, comfortable and clean rental. It was perfect for our group of 3 parents and 5 older teens for a rafting trip.”

When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. “Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before.
