"Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the chocolate goodies in our room. There was a cute water station and reading library in the lobby. If we chose not to have our room cleaned on some days, we were given a voucher for a free drink at the lounge. Great location for walking to Old Town sites. Front desk staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a cute fitness room available. The parking is tight, so advisable to have small vehicles only, (we had a van which was a big challenge)."

"Pros: parking on site for 20 euros per night, Decent sized bright room with high ceiling. Big walk in shower with great water pressure. Easy walk to attractions. Cons: WiFi/data service was bad! Our room looked at a wall. Minimal counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The mattress was too hard for our taste."

"Come here to enjoy a classically welcoming hotel , meticulously designed to highlight the Austrian beauty of a water facing palace. Our room had a small elegant sitting area and a beautiful bedroom. We loved sitting in the charming lobby under exquisite chandeliers sipping Aperols. This hotel was an easy walk to the grand plazas . This was our second visit!. Grazie mille"

"The apartment is satisfactory. Very spacious and clean on arrival. There are no cooking basics provided and you must remove all food from the premises upon checkout, which is inconvenient. The hall smells bad. The room has no bad smell."
