This property exceeded my expectations. It provided a clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable overnight stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Should I need another overnight in Iloilo I will return to this place.

Room was clean, staff were great, parking was available. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive. I don't remember how much I paid for the included breakfast but I would have rather eat elsewhere.

The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. Also, the main driveway entrance to the property has a large dip which cause the front of my rental car to hit at the bottom as I would pull in or out of the property. They could also have better lighting at the entrance to the hotel driveway.

This was close to the hospital and a good place to rest and take a shower. Shower works well, free breakfast was good and the cafe was great as well with great brewed coffe
