“Rustic hotel accommodation right on beach, 10 minute drive out of Arugam Bay. Tuk Tuk accessible. Basic accommodation with wifi only in verandah of our unit (11), and in dining area. Lovely atmosphere and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Loved their Sri Lankan meals. It’s not 5 star hotel but the staff make up for it. ”

“I got to Rocco’s early August 2026 and it was so hot during the day. The rooms had really good air conditioning and there is a nice pool near by. The staff are very hospitable and super friendly.”
“Solid spot!! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again. Very VERY hard bed though. Other than that the place was incredible. Hot water! Pool was clean and great. Quiet spot. Close to everything. Enjoyed this place.”
