“The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud.
However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel.
I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia .
I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all……

“Staff was good but the key card machine wasn’t working so you had to be let in with a master key everytime. That was a pain. I’m sure it is resolved now but a power outage caused it and it wasn’t working 24 hours later. ”
