Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection. Room was clean and comfortable, but would have been tight with two people. Shower was very small, but fine forva short stay. The hotel is ideally placed for the train and bus station

This hotel was a great choice for my three night stay in Venice. I chose this hotel for its location—it’s a short walk from the bus station (where the airport bus drops off) and from the train station. I was able to minimize the number of bridges I had to carry my suitcase across. It was a short walk to some great restaurants. There were also good shops close by for coffee and pastries in the morning. The hotel is on the way to a university, so there were always crowds of students hurrying nearby. My room was lovely and clean. The staff were super friendly and gave me great restaurant recommendations.

Great location. Steps from a water bus stop to the airport and train station and close to everything else. If you are like me and don’t pack body wash, shampoo or conditioner when traveling, just know that there was only body wash in the shower. No big deal, just something to be aware of. Room was a good size and was clean and quiet as well.

The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English.
