“We had a wonderful stay in Ouray!! Everything was clean and easy to find. The location is fantastic and the house is set up with plenty of towels and cooking items. Beds were comfortable and Darlene had the pack and play and high chair all ready so it worked well with 2 young kids. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!”

“House is beautiful, great patio right next to the river with a very spacious back year and view of the mountain. The river is right by and you can hear it at night from open bedroom window. Hiking trail to town is very pleasant. Super quiet area. You do have some road noise but it does down later in the evening.House is well appointed with very nice appliances and grill.The only minor complaints is lack of smaller whiskey or shot glasses, but other than that we did not miss anything. ”

“Check-in process was easy and provided all of the information needed. Kitchen facilities was clean and offered a lot of appliances and dishes which was great for our large group. Loved the antique dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty but that's normal for the area. We loved the deer that came on the property to say hello. Would love to stay there again!”

“We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Love the location of this condo! It had everything we needed for our stay and checking in and out was super simple. Host is incredibly attentive. ”

“The condo was perfect and amenities excellent. The top bedroom was perfect for parents and our youngest kid since the couch folded out into a bed. But the room is on the fourth floor - which we knew about ahead of time and were prepared for. It's a lot of steps but so worth it! The main floor was perfect size and plenty of seating for us to hang out each day. Access to the perimeter trail was right across the street and Hot Springs were across the parking lot. We loved sitting on the balcony...
