The hotel somehow lost my reservation, even though it had been confirmed by Expedia with a confirmation number, but somehow it didn't get transferred to their in-house reservation list. The same thing happened to another customer that was there at the same time as me who booked through a different vendor. Before I even got to that point, it took me 20 minutes to track down a hotel staff member, because the front desk was closed before we got there at 9:30 in the evening, and the phone on the wall by the check-in counter, rang to the back office, which wasn't staffed. The guy that I finally talked to was completely adamant that we didn't have a reservation, although he had two open rooms in a town that was completely booked at every hotel. Coincidence? I think not. The bar and the restaurant were not open the entire time we were there. I was very disappointed in having to pay for a room out of my own pocket, although Expedia told me they would refund my original payment as well as the extra higher rate that this guy was trying to charge me. Book this hotel at your own risk.
