Shower can't work

I stayed here only because it is near the Euroline bus terminal. I went back hotel late and discovered that I could not open the shower. So I called the reception, however, she simply asked us to try one more time and one more time, without any willingness to help. She only came because we requested. So she came and tried, it worked for the first time. And then, the shower did not work again, so we called again and she asked, "Can you try one more time?" Actually I did try many times and hearing this simply made me more irritated. She came and failed to fix it. She just said coldly, "I am sorry but the technician can only come not until tomorrow morning." Come on, didn't it her responsibility to solve the problem, at least to change a room for us? Luckily, the shower suddenly worked again. What a nightmare.

櫃檯很友善，雖然地點離市區稍遠，但門口就有9號地上鐵，所以交通還算方便，可惜訂3人房，系統只要我填一個人資料後，入住時被要求加2人早餐12歐，不過整體而言是不錯的飯店

超值合格的酒店，交通方便，門外有電車站及巴士站，樓下有cafe及其他食店，酒店位於大街，晚上外出感覺安全!

In dem Zimmer hat es ganz furchtbar gestunken so das ich erstmal zu Rossmann gehen musste und Duftsachen kaufen musste die das Zimmer dann ab dem zweiten Tag erträglicher gemacht haben. Das WiFi und der Fernseher waren leider ohne Funktion und an der Rezeption hieß es nur es gibt eine Störung und man könne nichts dran ändern.

Excellent transportation links to central Prague (just a few metres from tram and train stops), close to an ATM and a Tesco Express for basic needs. Carpet had stains on, curtains were thin and white, meaning you had to change in the bathroom if you needed privacy. Plug sockets temperamental, television signal bad. Disappointed that the bedsheets were not changed when requested a room clean. The sheets themselves smelt musty and old. Hotel staff were polite.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel room was okay, the day we arrived it was clean, but there was something in the corners of the wall which looked like mold. The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay, even though we put the sign on the door which informed the staff our room needed to be cleaned. This meant no new towels and no clean room. The hotel room also looked old, the tv did not work even though the hotel adverts with it. The shower contained some hairs even though the room was cleaned before we got there. The breakfast was just good. Nothing special, but good. However, what we found strange was the fact that at 10AM (breakfast was till 10) the lights were switched off precisely on the minute and guests were expected to leave immediately even if they still had some coffee or something else. The distance from the hotel to the city was duable, especially because there was a good connection with public transport. All in all, we had expected more from this hotel, especially because it was rated as a four star hotel.
