The best thing was the staff here, so kind and hospitable and really went out of their way in a big way to make us feel at home here. Would highly, highly recommend staying here. "Lovely hotel right next to the beach. Room was spacious and clean. Liked the fact that there was a communal kitchen with coffee and tea. There are a number of restaurants close by and the town centre is only a few minutes away "

"Seven of us stayed in the house for a week after Christmas. The house is clean and very spacious, so there was lots of room for all of us. We made good use of the pool table, foosball table, indoor/outdoor fire places and the outdoor mini-football field. Walter and Priscilla were responsive and helpful hosts. Terceira is a great island, and everything is in easy driving distance. We enjoyed the location of the house, but it is a long walk, about an hour and partly through a more industrial area, into the heart of Praia da Vitoria."

"I am already recommending you apartments I loved awaking daily to the sunrise watching the sea at my feet. The Porto Martins bathing pool is just a short walk. I snorkled in winter with a wet suit, so many fishes!!! Both the Vista Grille and Buzius are great restaurants. There are bus stops at the church and at the recycle station. We did not rent a car, used buses, taxi and tours for the 30 days we were there. Daily walks along the paved trail were a favorite of mine. Make sure you visit local restaurants in villages too The Paulo Gomes and his parents went above and beyond for me. I can not thank them enough!"
