"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......

"Completamente abandonada! Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia. Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc… A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso. Café da manhã precário. "Hendjel and the team were fantastic at this beautiful location and they are here to help with anything you need. This place feels like a secret paradise on a desert island. The food was mind blowing with great chefs for breakfast and dinner. we saw a turtle swimming by one morning while having breakfast ! The beach located close to the resort is wonderful and there are some great hikes to the main town and waterfalls. Amazing ! "

"We had a nice stay here. It was quite basic but the staff were pleasant, location was good, and breakfast was fine. The room did get quite hot so we had both the aircon and the fan on through the night, both of which were quite noisy. But we were perfectly happy here otherwise. "
