"Love the staff, room is okay, building/rooms can use improvement. Great pool and restaurants was my favorite, beach very nearby. The only complaint i have is the keycard for the room, i needed them to reset it every time
i left the room, didnt work."

The issue has been escalated to Expedia but they never even attempted to intervene nor contacted to hotel to resolve the problem. charged by the hotel. All I received is the constant threat and disturbance despite the money paid twice, absolute unethical behaviour and inhumane service! I will share this experience all platforms so the travellers can be aware of."
