Service at the front desk was first class, when you first arrive you feel incredibly welcome. Unfortunately the food served for breakfast was below where 5 stars should be, we also ordered lunch there once and first was also not up to the price tag. Room cleaning was a bit disappointing, not having fresh towels and not replacing dirty cups was pretty annoying, completely ok typically but again based on the price id expect a lot more. Cocktails were average at best, very watery. Gym was very minimal, tough to do a work out, provide a cable machine and it might get a pass mark. The views and room were amazing but there were things that let it down, like the drain that kept leaking and the smell it gave off, if you get room 5 be aware, they fixed it pretty quickly each day but its not ideal. They also had crates/pallets for decking which weren't fixed and I almost had a face plant.
