Estadia tranquila tudo conforme a descrição só tivemos problema com o chuveiro o que é normal e foi prontamente consertado pelo proprietário que por sinal deu uma atenção muito boa desde antes até ao final da estadía, unica coisa que poderia melhorar é o tempo pra abertura do portão lateral que as vezes demorava um pouco pra abrir mas do geral foi muito bom de frente para a praia com toda estrutura!

Fui passar uma mini férias com minha família e foi perfeito, o prédio é realmente de frente para o mar, o AP tem vista lateral para o mar, ventiladores são a salvação, internet na tv (salvou com as crias), churrasqueira é simples, mas é super útil, tem uma feirinha ótima próximo, mercado grande perto da feirinha, mercadinho e adega pertinho do prédio, o zelador super gente fina, os porteiros tbm. Amei cada segundo, valeu cada centavo!

Referente ao apartamento, o sofá cama e ruim, a máquina de lavar roupa e péssima Mas fora isso o apartamento é bom referente ao restante Vc tem que entrar com carro na lateral do prédio e muitas vezes o porteiro não abre, pois tem que descer do carro e apertar o interfone, pra entrar pela frente do prédio na garagem e permitido só para proprietário pode isso? Absurdo !!! Assim me informou o porteiro ... isso é o meu parecer Boa sorte pra vcs!!!

Por mais que seja barato.. a limpeza estava ótima.. mas como eu fui com meus filhos.. nossa a maquina de lavar.. esta precária se sujeira, o filtro eles nao limparam.. e como la aceita pet's nao levamos pq meus filhos tem alergia.. e a maquina de lavar estava com muitos pelos.. estava nojento... Mesmo eu estando la.. eu mandava algumas mensagens para o adm, mas ele demorava a responder, mas de resto estava td ok, o apto estava bem limpo, chegamos la com cheiro de novo, os moveis bem conservados, boa localização
