We stayed two nights, Room was better than expected, had more than two double beds , only thing I can say is they could use a better bar of soap and more than one, very comfortable beds, staff was great, not many of them which is fine,lobbyis beautiful and welcoming, breakfast was typical so no complaints and plenty of parking but we stayed during the week so not many people staying, very quiet property

The room was clean, big and comfortable. The shower was very nice and the bathroom was very large. The property needs updating but the cost of the room per night offsets that. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and the continental breakfast was good. The only downside was the fact they have Keurig coffee makers in the lobby for coffee and the coffee was not good. We think they were Walmart coffee pods.

Well lit parking area. Breakfast was good. Room needed some cleaning when we arrived and staff took care of it as soon as we alerted them to the situation (beds were nicely made but room floor needed vacuuming and bathroom floor needed cleaning). Staff was quick to respond and resolve the problems!

Excellent property with nice clean rooms and helpful cheerful staff. Excellent weekend breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Friday did not include those items but the waffle cooker and yogurt and excellent coffee was fine.

We were given a single king size bed after reserving two queen size beds. We realized this after they gave us our keys and told us they didn’t have an elevator. She said they were concerned about tornadoes and chose not to have an elevator. After lugging up about 10 stairs, we opened our room. One king sized bed. And it smelt bad. I told my spouse to not unpack. I went downstairs and to the office with proof of my Expedia reservation. After some work, she was able to give us a room on the first floor that had two queen beds and didn’t smell.

I had a 2nd floor room and there was no elevator. I'm getting too old to drag luggage up a flight of stairs. When I book a room, I wish they would state that this is not on the 1st floor and there is no elevator and then give you the option of choosing another room at a possibly higher rate. The room was clean and large. It had outlets to charge phones, etc. Breakfast had hot food, but there was a sign informing us that they would go to continental in November.
