The cabin sits on a 3 acre lake surrounded by mature trees, a creek and forest. ATV trails are cut in the woods. Accommodations are rough with two bunk beds in a single 12x24 sleeping room with a single bathroom. An unfinished shower functions with hot water, but is rough. A filtration system cleans water suitable for showering but not drinking. A connected 12X24 screened in porch has views of the lake. One RV hookup is on the cabin and the other is around 60 feet away. The rental is for the full 40 acers and reasonable fishing in the lake if you want to fry up some bass or bluegill. There is a rough dock in the lake. The intent here is to bring your camper and use the cabin for overflow or bad weather, if needed
