Hot tub jets weren’t working but it was hot and relaxing

“The hotel parking is very busy with an adjacent hotel and restaurant. Overall I think the room was a good value. The breakfast was good and had lots of options except pancakes or waffles. There was a slight maintenance issue with my room but I didn’t ask for it to be fixed. I only mentioned it on check out.”
“Room was awesome. Very comfy bed and came with a nice big jacuzzi that had jets! Which was nice cause the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, didn’t know that until I got there which is why I booked. Staff was friendly and breakfast was average!”
“The room was super clean, the bed was a bit hard but my daughter stayed in a 2 queen room and thought the bed was amazing. The showerhead was great and shampoo/conditioner smelt great. I loved how close there was a store and super easy to park in. I also appreciated the grass due to pets coming with. I also loved the guinea pigs! So cute. Staff were not friendly nor helpful. I mentioned i was a hilton rewards member but she either didn't care or didn't understand.”
