“Comfortable hotel”

“Cute hotel, nice jacuzzi bathtub, comfortable bed, but fyi it is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff and the door to enter after hours is a bit tricky to find, however staff was nice to help us with sending detailed instructions on how to check in so there were no issues”

“Hotel agréable. Les chambres sont de très grandes dimensions et la literie confortable. Petit dejeuner de qualités. Les chambres donnent sur une zone piétonne juste à côté de la basilique. Stationnement privé de grande taille. Restaurant de bonne qualité au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel.”

“Voin lämpimästi suositella! Oli mieleenpainuva kokemus. Hotelli on linnoituksen sisällä ikivanhassa rakennuksessa ja sisällä pystyy kokemaan historian havinaa. Vaikka hotellin omat palvelut ja käytännöt eivät välttämättä ole siitä parhaasta päästä ja ehkäpä se huonekaan ei oikein täytä nykystandardeja, niin silti kannattaa tulla, se on kokemisen arvoinen paikka (siis ihan positiivisessa mielessä). Jos jollain on vilkas mielikuvitus ja uskoo kummituksiin, niin sellaiselle tämä paikka ei ehkä ole……

“由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試”

“The room was alright - very clean and comfortable - and receptionist kindly let me extend my check out, however very disappointed to find out that the room was located above a construction site where work started at 7:30am on a Saturday, with a crane operating directly in front of my balcony. It was not mentioned when making the reservation that there was construction going on, but this should have been stated - if I had known about the construction, I would not have chosen this property as it……

“房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。”

“Very spacious room, thought without a kitchen. Around 30 mins walk from the train station to reach the apartment, but can be reached by public transport as well. Few mins walk to the to the old town and can reach the supermarket in 2 mins. I needed to catch a train at 06:30 the next day and the staff was flexible enough to prepare the breakfast for me the night before. Highly recommended!”

“The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa……
