“I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. But for walks on the beach, it was fine. We did that a lot. Local fishermen have boats in the water. That was fun to watch.

“Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature.……

“Clean, charming and convenient. Everything you need is close, the building is clean and well maintained. WiFi is good. Beach is close. Bus stations, taxis, malls, massages food, coffee hospitals… all in easy walking range. And kind Thai people to engage with. What is more to ask for?”

“The property is great for families with a huge multi-level pool with toddler area and an older child play area. Its close to the market and restaurants in a good area of town. The room is large with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. There are essentially four beds with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The only negative is there is no room service to clean each day, make up beds,, take out the trash, etc. As long as you don't mind that it's a great place to stay, is quiet at night, safe, and……
