"The rooms were clean and had lovely views of the river and mountains. The breakfast was fabulous- lots of choice and lots of room! The staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it! Thanks."

"Nicely positioned with a balcony overlooking the main square. A two minute walk to the castle behind. Excellent pasta in the restaurant below and of course the Italian gelato was welcome."

"Amazing spa, but disappointing room versus the photos. 2 star quality, 3 at best. The hotel itself is old. Twin room with single beds pushed together sold as a standard double, taxi service was late, parking arrangements didn't appear to be well coordinonated. Staff friendly however. "

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"
