The pull out couch was very dirty, no extra blankets were provided in the room and when we arrived back around midnight after the wedding we attended, our air conditioner had leaked all over the floors and we had to clean it up.

We were excited to book this property. The terms on the property website were pretty strict, so we were happy to book it through Expedia to get better pricing and flexibility. Unfortunately, we had difficulty connecting with the property for the needed information about checking in, etc. I gave them my cell number and got it sorted. The property is pretty remote. Our “box” was very nice, as pictured online. All the information was via QR code which made it hard to access quickly or repeatedly. No information on heating/cooling. We would have preferred hard copies for the majority of the information within the room. The steps to our cabin were very vertical, no hand railing. No fun hauling suitcases up and down. The bed was comfortable with multiple settings. Bring your own pillows, theirs are too firm. The bathroom was very nice. The spa was a nice amenity . We didn’t use the fire pit .

The unit is lovely, and location is great. Great for a family. But there were issues with the WiFi - and the host tried to fix it but it didn't work the whole time we were there. It was unfortunate for our friends over from the UK. The hot tub wasn't hot and the main jets didn't work. Which I reported, but had no response to that. I did have to report also that the dishwasher was obviously very dirty. No cleaning detergent in unit, not enough dish soap or dishwasher tablets. It was unfortunate about those issues, because overall the place is lovely and spacious. Great beds and wonderful views.

Hotel is old and under renovation. We were in a renovated room. Room was tight and harder to move around in ( bed close to walk) and new bathroom toilet area door was loud and squeaky. Restaurant food was poor. We ate breakfast there our first day and bacon was grossly undercooked, sausage was soggy and eggs were cold. For what they charge it should be a lot better. We never went to the restaurant again.
