Our stay was totally ruined by both an ant infestation and the appalling subsequent attitude and approach of the management. There was a trail of dead ants in the bathroom after our first night. On the second night, however, there was an ant infestation - both regular and flying. They were ants of both variety in every room of the apartment, as well as in the bed, bedsheets, tables and all over the floor. They were ants all over our food and landing in our hair. As the other apartments were all in use, the management arranged for us to stay in their sister hotel in Šibenik. On challenging the issue the next day, however, the hotel denied that ants have ever been a problem. This is clearly not the case. Two Trip Advisor reviews talk about the ant problem. The taxi driver and assistant had also mentioned to us about how “they have always had a problem with ants” at the apartments. Management essentially refused to refund any money as they claimed they had fulfilled their obligations by putting us up in another hotel. They refused to acknowledge the fact that not only was our night ruined but we hadn’t got what we paid for, namely an apartment with a pool and access to the beach. Putting us up in their sister hotel was clearly an established practice and a way to get around having to refund us any money or compensate us beyond comping us two glasses of wine.

The Apartment was clean and the service was great. Also the view was great. But the pictures of the room we had are wrong in expedia. The apartment was not in the building and not as luxury as in the pictures. This should be changed.

The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved. Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on holiday.

Hana , is the manager. she and her assistant , Santa were incredibly helpful, friendly , knowledable and kind. They solved all kinds of logistic and WiFi problems for me. “Golden RTs” is a fantastic place. Very contemporary, new and has a most beautiful view over the ocean. There is a lovely path of approx, 20 min. Walk into Oromosten which is extremely charming. I recommend it highly to any traveler. Just ask for an apartement without stairs.

This resort is very good for the apartment room and swimming pool, especially the sea view. The room are big enough for 6 persons.there are some villas which seemed better. It is about 60km to split and 40km to krka national park.

Fantastic!!

Family of four stayed here last week in the penthouse 3 bedroom apartment. This place is simply beautiful. Clean, sleek, new with all the amenities one could ask for. The large kitchen/living room has floor to ceiling windows offering fantastic views of Primosten and the mountains and sea. These open on to a large furnished wrap around sundeck. All the furnishings, appliances are new, modern and the entire place is designed with considerable attention to detail. Bedrooms are large, bright and beds are very comfortable. A very short walk gets you down to the private beach area which is also beautiful. The bathroom is spacious and, again, very sleek. My only ask (and it's minor) is that they put a shelf in the shower area for soap/shampoo so you don't have to reach around the glass or leave it on the shower floor. The property manager, Helena, was fantastic and dealt with any request promptly and professionally. She insured that our stay was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend this property in either the apartments or the vilas which also come with your own indoor/outdoor pool. All properties have exceptional views and are really a cut above everything else you could find. Will certainly be back here.

Beautiful place

Had the best time here.stayed in 3 bedroom penthouse.apartment had everything you would need.beautiful view! 5 minute drive to primosten,25 mins to Sibenik and 45 mins to split. Lots to see and do. Really enjoyed primosten and the small beach area in primosten.kids threw rocks for hours.Helena who runs the apartments was fantastic,offering many suggestions and responding quick to any request. The villas are amazing and would be worth the splurge.we would love to come back here.
