"The owner told us the previous renters would have a late check out and would send check in information when ready. They allowed us to park at the house while we explored nearby. By 5pm I had still not received check in information. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the host, with no reply. I spoke with VRBO who was also unable to get a hold of the host. The house is fantastic—new, very clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, snacks, coffee, and creamers, plenty of towels, blankets, and games. The WiFi connection was reliable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall despite very cold and windy weather.
