The Mayan Princess was one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed at. The beach was so clean and calm. The pictures of the beach do not do this place any justice because is more beautiful in person. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A la carta restaurants were a 10 out of 10 with a good selection of sea food. The drinks were ok maybe a 6 out of 10 (if you like cocktails). The place was very relaxing and not over crowded. The beach is not private and there are vendors but they were very respectful when told no. The resort and the island felt very safe when I did excursions. The San Simon premium level was very nice and relaxing. I will definitely will be going back to this resort. They had entertainment 2 out of the 6 nights I was there and the shows were amazing. I Stayed at one of the Villas and it was very big and cleaned every day. They also provided water free of charge for us.
