We had a very nice stay at Media Luna Resort. The property is beautiful, rustic, and surrounded by nature, which makes it feel like you are truly in the middle of the jungle. The resort is quite isolated, but that was actually one of the things we enjoyed the most. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet, with a private beach where you can really disconnect, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful rustic style that fit perfectly with the atmosphere of the resort. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had enough variety and different options throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, but we especially want to recognize Andrea from Guest Relations and Tyron. They were both incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Andrea went above and beyond to make our stay special. She helped us organize an anniversary dinner and even arranged a beautiful decoration in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more memorable. She was always kind, attentive, approachable, and genuinely willing to help in any way she could. Tyron was also wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Andrea and Tyron for making our stay even better!

Rooms were very clean, staff amazing helpful. I had a beach view waking every morning to it was beautiful. Shout outs to Jose, Jose a Luis and Alejandro they were very attentive and took care of you even from the beach area.

i enjoyed my stay! everyone was so nice especially front desk staff - the room had a few issues - bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower head issue + no robe or lotion - but i would stay again the food and bar was lovely as well.
