If you are coming here to dive then you are at the right place. If you are coming here to just relax and spend time at the beach then this is probably not the right place for you. I have been to multiple all-inclusive resorts and by far this was the worst I have ever been to. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. However I felt that this resort was divided between diving parties, cruise shore excursion parties and people who just came to relax. The food was a joke, the worst food I have ever experienced at an all exclusive resort. The funniest part was that this is an Island resort and yet the only seafood we ever got were some anemic shrimps and some frozen calamari. When the cruises came ashore then forget it the staff will not even look at you because they are going after the cruise parties because of the higher tips. Even though they say their food times are 2 to 3 hours, but within 1 hour of food service starting almost all the food is gone!! Then you have to deal with the rude and loud diver parties that come from Canada on all of the US. They are loud arrogant and obnoxious. The dive shop is the rudest staff I encountered on this resort. So my advice to you is if you were coming here just to relax and sit by the beach and enjoy some good Island food this is the WRONG place. So in summary will I ever revisit? Absolutely not!!!!! My worst experience ever!!!!
